[Rapid Learning] New Release: AP Physics C Visually in 24 Hours

Dear student,

If you or your kids are AP students, it's time to prepare for the upcoming AP exams in May, and we have a solution just for you. Read on ...

We have just released another rich-media course - AP Physics C, after last month's release of AP Physics B.

Unlike the Algebra-Based Physics B, this AP Physics C focuses only on Newtonian Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, with the use of calculus. Hence, in this course, we allocate a significant number of chapters to review your algebra, geometry, trigonometry and calculus in preparation of this calculus-based course. The physics content mirrors closely the College Board's official requirements, making our course uniquely relevant. We are currently the only company in the market offering a complete learning system for both AP Physics B & C.

We now provide six AP prep courses:
1. AP Chemistry
2. AP Biology
3. AP Calculus AB
4. AP Calculus BC
5. AP Physics B
6. AP Physics C

Learn it the rich-media way and experience the Rapid Learning. Check out this course at: http://www.rapidlearningcenter.com/physics/ap-physics-c/ap-physics-c.html

[Chemistry Tips] Are you a foreign student? Or even if you are not ....

Hi, student:

Welcome to another day of the Chemistry Tips Daily. Hope you have enjoyed our no-nonsense tips so far, and more importantly learn a few things to help your chemistry.

Today, I would like to bring up a very important question: How do you speak like a chemist?

Speak the language of chemistry, this is hard to many new learners, whether you are a non-English speaker or not. There are so many new terms and names in chemistry even fluent English speakers can't pronounce correctly.

How can you learn to talk like a chemist? Very simple, listen to a real chemist teaching chemistry. That is exactly what our narrated video tutorials can help - each tutorial is narrated by a chemistry educator, 100% native speaker of English. This is something you can't learn from daily English teaching materials.

By studying the tutorials visually and audictorily, you think like a chemist and you will speak like a chemist.

If you are foreign students still struggling to learn to speak English, this would be the best way for you to learn chemistry and English the same time. What better way to master a language when you can think and understand the subject.

Here is a professionally narrated tutorial "How to name chemical compounds" with visualization and voice-over. By listening to the standard chemistry English and you will see how much you learn beyond the chemistry:

Today's tip: Learn to speak like a chemist by listening to a chemist teaching chemistry.

That should do it for today! Let's master chemistry the EASY way!

Meanwhile, Seize the Day!

[Chemistry Tips] How to learn chemistry fast

Hi student,

Here is another day of Chemistry Tips Daily...

Today's topic is how to learn chemistry fast. With our break-through rapid learning system, it is now possible to do so. Here is how:

Study chemistry one hour at a time, one chapter at a time with 24 hours on all 24 chapters in the course - visually and auditorily via rich-media animations/illustrations and expert narration.

Students now have a great option that was never before available for help in chemistry class. For each chemistry chapter, a student has access to a core tutorial, a problem set, and a cheat sheet.

The core tutorial is the main component. It is a video tutorial that teaches the main concepts for the core chemistry topics. Although it can supplement any traditional lecture and textbook chemistry course, it can also teach the chemistry topics independently. Just watch and learn, a student proceeds through a course teaching the core concepts in chemistry.

In each tutorial, a concept map shows links between concepts in the current topic, and others. These add visual learning by arranging topics according to their relationships.

All the relevant definitions are explained. Conceptual examples are presented as needed. Students can learn at their own pace. If difficulty arises, a student can pause to think over a point, or go back and review something previous.

Many animations are provided to help students visualize chemistry concepts and understand the connections. The concept map is provided to illustrate the inter-relationship of each concept.

Problem solving is the key skill in chemistry, example after example with step by step illustration, each tutorial connects the concepts learned and applies to problem solving.

At the end of each tutorial, a brief synopsis of the topic is included. This summarized the key points of the tutorial into a super short conclusion.

The problem set contains multiple choice questions and problems similar to those found in any other chemistry course. With each question is a set of possible answers. If the incorrect answer is chosen, a brief explanation or hint is given that helps the student to the correct answer. The incorrect answers represent the common mistakes that students make. Thus students avoid, or at least learn from, the common pitfalls. The full explanation for the correct answer is also given. This includes all the step by step math work for problems.

The cheat sheet isn't for cheating. It condenses all the important concepts from a particular chemistry topic into a single page for easy reference. It included key terms, and essential facts for the chapter.

These tutorials, problem drill sets, and cheat sheets enhance learning in a way no lecture ever could. The rich-media videos with intereactive drill present a visual and rapid way to master the chemistry content that is visual by nature.

There are many rapid learning chemistry courses available:
- High School Chemistry
- SAT Chemistry
- AP Chemistry
- College Chemistry
- Organic Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- MCAT General Chemsitry
- with more to come ...

The tip of today: Master chemistry the rapid learning way!

[Chemistry Tips] student, don't ask these questions

Hi student,

How to deal with your professor? what to ask? Many professors would openly encourage you that "there is no dumb question". Or is there?

Making a good impression and having them remember you will definitely give you an edge and leniency on grading, although most of your instructors would not admit that. Asking a wrong question definitely will steer the impression in the undesirable way.

Here is a list of dumb questions you should never ask your instructor.

Dumb Question #1: "Chemistry is too hard for me, can you help?"

Dumb Question #2: "Did I miss anything important in yesterday's class?

Dumb Question #3: "Do we have to know this for the exam?"

Dumb Question #4: "I was up all night for this, why did I get this grade?"

I think you get the drill ...

student, keep it up!
